NFTs and crypto can be risky. Prices can move violently, smart contracts can fail, wallets can be compromised, networks can misbehave and you can lose some or all of the money you spend.

You are responsible for your own wallet security, transactions, network fees, taxes and for checking that you are interacting with the correct contracts, addresses and websites.

Owning a FOMP NFT does not automatically give you copyright, trademark rights, or unrestricted commercial rights to FOMP artwork or branding.

Any features, access, allocations, rewards, community benefits, or future plans described by FOMP may be changed, delayed, limited, discontinued, or fail to materialize.

Nothing here removes or limits any consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
